On Sunday 5th April I was at Wroxall Abbey to shoot the wedding of Karen & Sam with Paul assisting me. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, the weather was great the venue was stunning and the most importantly the couple and their guests were great.

Wedding – Madeleine & Matthew

Here’s a few images from the last wedding I photographed which was held on both Friday afternoon and Saturday evening. Friday was a nice quiet family event for Madeleine and Matthew and was held at the Woodside Hotel near Kenilworth. The only downside to the day was the weather although that didn’t dampen the spirit of the day at all.

On Saturday evening the couple held a larger function for both family and their friends, again this was a lot of fun and I had Paul, my business partner from Event-pics helping me. Paul tends to specialise in portrait photography and has some excellent photographs on his own website. Also Kerrie, an A level student was with us gaining some wedding photography experience to help with her coursework towards an A level in photography.

Wedding Fair – Ashorne Hill

I shall be attending the first wedding fair to be held at Ashorne Hill on October 19th. Primarily used as a conference centre they are now offering weddings as well. It is a Grade 2 listed building set in 35 acres of Warwickshire countryside, providing a glorious backdrop for wedding photos. Inside there is a mixture of both old oak panelled rooms and modern and stylish bar areas complete with plasma screens and mood lighting.

I will be displaying a selection of products I currently offer including albums from Sim2000 and Spicer Hallfield’s new Seldex range.

I hope to see many potential clients and gain some further 2009 bookings.

Wedding – Rhiannon & Gareth

Friday 18th July saw me at Ettington Park to photograph the wedding of Rhiannon and Gareth. Although the day was a bit overcast the venue more than made up for it with it’s stunning architecture and beautiful grounds and the couple had a wonderful time with family and friends.
